I would suggest to also use the study guide to help you study important areas in the textbook. You can find the study guide by going to the main website www.nasm.org and mouse over the certifications and specializations tab and click on exam prep. Here you can scroll down under other resources and find the study guide, click on Get the Guide! Using this to review your textbook and study, you can take the practice test to test your knowledge of the textbook, and use the flashcards to help you study and be prepared for the CPT Exam.
